Our Studio worked to develop the Marketing CGI for the No1 Spinningfields Development in Manchester.
This is the largest office building under construction in Manchester and will be the tallest-built in the city in the last 50 years. With over 260,000 sq ft of space, the floor plates of between 11,000 and 25,000 sq ft. This is a world class building with world class facilities and services.
Our Studio were asked to develop CGI to showcase the commercial, leisure and retail spaces available within the scheme.
Along with the marketing CGI which feature on the No1 Spinningfields website and brochures, Our Studio also developed an interactive application for iPad and iPhone which is free and available to download on the app store. https://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/no-1-spinningfields/id1114799037?mt=8
The app was targeted at potential occupiers and property agents marketing the space.
An added feature of the app is the enhanced panoramic viewing via the 3D Tour which allows viewers to visualise the space in 360 degree panoramic views.
