Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council is introducing a new monthly market. The market will feature a food section (hot food etc), a live music area, an outside bar, a children’s play/activity area and a section selling artistic/creative goods.

The provisional title for the market is 'The Redcar Penguin Market', this is to reflect the popular ‘marching’ penguins on Redcar seafront.

The brief was to create a stylised graphic representation capturing the name and Redcar’s unique local offer – the beach, seafront, retail high street and the market.
