Experimental Typography

While studying at Pratt Institute in New York, I was given the challenge of producing typography as large possible. I used baking flour to create the type pictured below. First, I created a paper sketch, then drew the outline in chalk, lastly i filled the outlines with a thin layer of flour. The letters were approximately 12 feet tall and lasted for about 5 days until it disappeared.
