Why build a chatbot?

Chatbots are an intuitive choice for brands because within few questions and very friendly interactions they can provide you with a personalized advice and make shopping experience a pleasure. With the use of user friendly interface the customer service hasn't been more easy than now.

What was my role?

As a product designer at Arvi my role was to improve the flow of the interaction with a chatbot - "design an interaction". The chatbot should act as an expert providing the customers with best suggestions, be helpful and witty and easy to use.
