Hotel Jen customer experience journey begins right as people enter the lobby. Information, promotions, and recommendations will be displayed on a large digital media wall for guests to learn more about Hotel Jen and the city around them. Animated and visually playful our digital wall is not only informative but also brings to life Jen’s approachable, friendly and funky personality.
At any screen guests can simply use their smartphone to get more information about various events, destinations, restaurants and hotel facilities.

When the guests see the content on the media walls in the hotel, they are prompted to go to WeChat platform to see the articles in more details by activating their phones either shaking with WeChat (with installed iBeacons) and typing in shortened URL.
Categories are defined with different colours
The information/articles are categorised into 4 main categories with a unique colour theme for each. This colour theme reflects the colours used on the LED for clarity and flow.
