Standing Partnership, a well-regarded reputation management agency in St. Louis, approached me about writing for their e-book on crisis communications planning. The audience was B2B: current clients who didn't yet have the full crisis planning package as well as prospective clients looking to either begin or shore up their own plans. Working from in-person meetings, remote conversations and tons of planning documents, I developed the content for half of the book (chapters three, four and five) in Standing's professional-yet-approachable tone. My work includes how-to marketing language, infographics, a Q&A and case studies. The e-book was released in June 2017 as a download and lead generator on the agency's website.
