Banu Nama

"Banu Nama was a great and beautiful warrior and made a vow that she would marry no man who could not knock her to the ground in a joust. Every man that came and failed was branded with a hot iron as a mark of shame. After ninety-nine potential suitors, it was the turn of a brave warrior to try to win her affections. They started riding on one another with the lance, fighting and endeavoring to strike the opponent, until at last the warrior mustered all his strength, unhorsed her and threw Banu Nama to the ground — a match was made!
A great festival was held amongst the people to celebrate, and to mark the occasion they baked ninety-nine breads all branded with Banu Nama’s hot iron."
