Catering for the Creative is a preselection kit for new and up and coming students to the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology in the CBD of Melbourne Australia. The preselection kit acts as an 'interview' precursor helping the university to filter potential students who can demonstrate their talent and enthusiasm through a series of Q&A's and a short preview of photographed work, as either examples of communication/graphic based work or visual art. The preselection kit is a crucial piece of promotional media, which serves to stir interest and attraction  as well as neaten the interview process. 
The idea of "Catering for the Creative" aims to capture the imagination and cook up (mind the pun) inspiration and excitement amongst the highschool-aged demographic. The sentiment demonstrates RMIT's necessity to please and appeal to it's students, all the while not taking itself too seriously.
