I developed that motif further, using it as a starting point, while adding a musical note, a quarter rest, tuning keys and some hints of musical instruments.
The music school's student body spans from the very young beginners to teenagers in rock bands, from recorders to electronic music, and everything in between. I wanted the t-shirt to be both playful and stylish – and definitely not childish – so that everyone can feel they are looking good while wearing it.
