Imagination...
Once in a blue moon, a project comes along where you really get push your ideas and develop something a little bit special. I like to think that this was one of those projects.
Whereas I'm predominantly an animator it was great to be able to bring my film and director skills to bear alongside some of the crafted animation.

Our studio was given the opportunity to work for The Weatherhead Group (A large UK Shop Designers). The brief was wide open and I was able to pitch a few creative ideas in our first meeting which eventually lead to the production work and final video you'll see below.
I worked in all areas of production with a team of production assistants for the filming days and prop design. I produced the illustrated storyboards, a full animatic, film tests, location scouting, director, cameraman, editor, animator, VFX and colour grading. The work also lead to a series of extra animated illustration pieces which were used throughout the client's website.
