Projekt rodinného domu zpracovávaný pro účely bakalářské práce.
V ateliéru byly pozemky nacházející se na zpracovávané lokalitě v pražských Dejvicích rozděleny mezi studenty a tak byla lokalita navrhována jako nově vznikající doplnění stávajícího sousedství.

Primární myšlenkou tohoto domu je jeho rozdělení do dvou hmot vstupní halou. Tímto vznikají dvoupodlažní obytná část a jednopodlažní technická část. Vstupní hala je potom propojením mezi těmito dvěma částmi a slouží také jako průchod do zahrady. Charakteristickým prvkem domu je konzola druhého podlaží, pod kterým tak vzniká zastřešená terasa. Ta vytváří požadovaný mezistupeň z exteriéru do interiéru.
Dieses Projekt ist ein Entwurf eines Einfamilienhauses. Im Atelier designte jeder Student ein Einfamilienhaus auf einem Grundstück dieses Stadtteils - Na Špitálce in Prag 6 - Dejvice.
Die primäre Idee dieses Hauses ist es, das ganze Gebäude durch die Eingangshalle in zwei Bereiche zu teilen. Dadurch entsteht ein zwei-etagiger Wohnbereich und ein technischer Bereich im Erdgeschoss. Die Eingangshalle ist die Verbindung zwischen diesen zwei Bereichen und auch Durchgang in den Garten. Charakteristisches Element dieses Hauses ist die Auskragung der zweiten Etage. Diese schafft einen überdachten Platz, die Terrasse, die als eine Verbindung zwischen Interieur und Exterieur dient.
The design of a house, which was proposed on one of the sites in the area, which was divided and assigned to each student in this design studio. This way, the neighbourhood Na Špitálce was completed.
Main idea of this house is the separation into two volumes with an entrance hall in between. This way the two stories living part and the ground floor technical part are created. The entrance hall connects these two parts, main entry and the garden.
Characteristical element of this house is the overlap of the upper floor over the terace outside of the living room. It creates a covered space in between inside and outside.
