Sonogram Disques Rebranding

This project was to rebrand an existing company, Sonorama Disques. To create a new logo, stationery and applications.
The new Sonorama logo plays on old vintage logos with drop shadows behind them, revitalized for the modern age, by having a two layered logo wherein the layers are inverted. It will have a very bold rounded typeface with a second layer of the logo in a striped yellow pattern on top, this creates a very dynamic and rhythmical feeling, and makes reference to the rhythm in music.

Sonorama has two main typefaces: Portico, which is used for the logo and support items. Swift ET which is used most everywhere else.
A brand new stationery, that shows music and rhythm and is very vibrant, attractive, dangerous and bold. It’s changeable and every time is new and unexpectedly beautiful and different.
The logo of the brand is so modular that it can be a fit for anything. It is like a language of its own, bold, beautiful, different and attractive to anyone.
Each color creates a new pattern that is associated with a music genre. It makes it visually easy to recognize each genre in the store.
