This 123-room Marriott Courtyard Branded hotel opened for business on September 1st, 2012. In addition to the traditional Courtyard amenities, the facility boasts a 7,500-square foot Banquet Hall and Pre-Function Space that overlooks the Missouri River Valley and picture frames the downtown skyline. The building is also applying for LEED Certification from the USGBC, making it the metro areas first LEED Certified hotel.
In addition to the Marriott Prototypical Millwork, NSPJ created several custom millwork pieces to complement the Prototypical pieces.
