Continuing our collaboration with Singapore Symphony Orchestra (SSO), DOERS was invited to help design a collection of collaterals to promote and accompany a series of outreach concerts held island-wide across Singapore.
To come up with the collection, we developed an overall visual theme that ties up all the concerts in the series, while crafting different permutations to customize the event and promotional collaterals for the various concert locations like the Singapore Botanic Gardens and University Cultural Centre in the National University of Singapore.
Concept
The outreach concerts are platforms for SSO to introduce their music to the masses, whereby a majority of the audiences are people who have never been to a SSO concert. We wanted the collaterals to reflect the lively, lighthearted and friendly atmosphere of these concerts, which are sometimes like carnivals themselves.
This can be seen in the illustration style we adopted and the fun little details we sprinkled along the way to make every location unique and customized. Each location also has their own colour theme to differentiate themselves within the collection.
