Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce has asked Sagetopia to create a sophisticated yet genuine new look and feel for its annual Small Business Awards recognition ceremony. A Beautiful seal in the center is surrounded with vector illustrations that each presents 9 branches of small businesses that will be recognized.
