Have you ever seen a movie called, "Like starts on Earth’? This movie is about a dyslexic child who overcomes dyslexia and makes his dream come true. Is this possible in the real world? There are many people who achieved their dreams while having dyslexia. However, it’s not easy for this to happen in the real world.
In Korea, unlike other countries, the understanding of dyslexia is very low. Even though it’s really important to treat dyslexia when children are before the age of 8, many children live life not being diagnosed. Parents also have a hard time guiding dyslexic children and there is not much material that can be used in explaining dyslexia treatments for them. We made a Korean Education App for an imaginary dyslexic child, Lexia in Wonderland, hoping there is no child who has to give up his or her dream because of dyslexia. We integrated scientifically proven methods for efficient treatment in order to motivate children to keep learning language. We made the whole process like a fun adventure for children. By using "Lexia in Wonderland," children can enjoy the learning process. It is our hope many people can fully understand about dyslexia more. We support all dreams of dyslexic children.
