Tranquillity.
This collection of photographs was taken during a winter hike at Lake Königssee, Berchtesgaden, Germany. The immense natural beauty of this national park was awe-inspiring and there were many moments where I had to remind myself that what I was seeing was real. The last leaves of autumn created a stunning contrast to the snowy landscape; it really was as if a forest from a fairly-tale had come to life.
For a bit of a self-challenge and for the sake of travelling light, all the photographs in this collection were captured using a Canon 60D with a 50mm f/1.8 STM Lens. These were later polished in Adobe Lightroom.
