In this project, the task was to create a video presentation from start to finish, including writing the script, shooting the video with proper lighting and audio, editing the video and audio, and creating and implementing on-screen graphics. The intended audience was new hires to an instructional design company, mainly of the “millennial” generation.

The baseball anecdotes were selected in an effort to connect with millennials, specifically in regards to a "typical" parent-child dynamic. The color scheme was chosen in order to keep the video bold, bright, and friendly for new hires, while remaining professional.
