My thesis project developed from a roadmap of sketches, thoughts and ideas into the evolution of CAROUSEL, a flash card integrated visual dictionary. Through Carousel, I want to create an opportunity for children to understand the use of words and derive multiple contexts. For example, recycle + energy = wind energy, solar energy, sustainability, etc., thus deriving multiple contexts. 

As they level up in the game, the words become progressively difficult with their learning. Children can share and exchange their favorite words and contexts that they developed in Word Carousel with their peers, or even their parents. By developing their contextual thinking they understand the need to expand or limit the direction of their thinking. For me this was challenging and exciting. Unlike thinking broad for conducting research for the project, the need for a focused planning was essential in creating this idea.
