This feels more like a self portrait, I have been quite down for quite a few weeks and this is probably a mere reflection of this general mood.  It doesn't really encapsulate all the negative thoughts , I have been having but you get the general downness and sense of being at a loss. I am starting to feel alot better than I was. Long may it continue.
