In 2017, Kmart celebrated the 20th anniversary of the Wishing Tree Appeal.
As part of the celebration they decided to elevate the charity's brand with a new logo.
The circles coming together to form a tree represents the way in which the generosity of millions of individuals can form something much bigger than themselves. The star adds a bit of Christmas festivity. The Kmart logo at the base of the tree represents the powerful support of the founding corporate sponsor.
