The REVO is designed to be the ultimate city bike. With its unconventional aesthetics it serves every need of a daily rider. The REVO has a scooter-inspired saddle that’s much wider, elongated, and therefore more comfortable for long rides. The revolutionary long seat is designed for two passengers. With mixed 3D printed plastic, wooden and steel materials the cruiser is both flexible, durable and light at the same time. A new way of city transportation had been born and its more sustainable than ever.
The REVO is designed with different sized wheels (front: 24”; back: 26”). This gives the bike an extremely narrow wheelbase, but still preserves the performance of a regular city bike.
The flatpack construction allows the supplier to pack it in a smaller box than usual. Also the customers will have the feeling of hand-building their own bikes.
The frame consist of two wooden parts. When the bike is fully assembed these pieces are bending outwards because the rear hub is wider than other parts of the bike. This results in a constant tension which helps to overcome other damaging forces like the twisting of the frame. Also wood is more flexible than steel or aluminium and more comfortable to ride on rougher concrete roads.
The scooter-inspired wider and elongated saddle allows the rider to sit anywhere on it. It brings a social element to biking with a size to fit two for those who want to have company during their commute.
The changed riding position ensures a perfectly comfortable ride. The back, neck, shoulders, and wrists are completely released from burden thanks to the forward pedalling motion and the staightened back. This results in a less tireing and less sweatening ride to the workplace.

The REVO is equipped with disc brakes for better braking performance.
The 3D printed elements of the frame are covering inner steel reinforcements. The 3D printed covers are minimising the weight of the bike and reducing the waste during production.
The rear drop outs are reinforced with steel covers.
The REVO is single speed but can be equipped with a rear derailleur.
