La Reina Blanca Patxaran
The White Queen of Navarre took this drink in 1441 to the monastery of Santa María de Nieva, in Segovia, to calm her stomach pains.
The patxaran is a drink known since the Middle Ages and very usual homemade, as is the case of my client.
After a time of dedication she has achieved an exquisite drink whose consumption is booming in the hostelry of the country.
