Dazzling Dekotora is a Festival that aims to bring the taste of the new Japanese contemporary culture, wrapped in a form of food, lights, music, and entertainment festival. Dekotora, which in literal meaning is “decorated truck”, is a practice of modifying trucks by adding bling upon bling, shiny, flashy decorations and lights until it appears like a dazzling monster truck.
Dazzling Dekotora hopes to introduce this new Japanese pop culture into the Sydney audience in a festival that is available for everyone to enjoy and have fun. Therefore, the graphic serves to achieve that idea by having different collaterals in shiny, contrast bright colours. The logo is available in different colours to portray the fun and energetic vibe created by the entertainment offered in the festival.
