I started out with a photoshoot of my girlfriend doing a backbend to represent the yoga portion of the clinic. I then directed my girlfriend on how to shoot me doing a side flip. We carefully measured out where to be so it would look legit. I brought the two photos into photoshop and cut each of us out while preserving the concrete texture in some areas.
