With technology having the significant impact it has today, Switch has come along to assist in all the unanswered questions we may have. We are required to create an identity mark for Switch to communicate its position amongst technology usage.
Switch is focused on providing a series of interactive video on free to air TV and other digital media sources, focusing on assisting parents with technological usage within the digital age. The series will aid parents in challenges they may face and will recommend suitable solutions. Their identity will fit with not only the progressiveness and interactivity elements of the video series, but a welcoming representation of the overall brand. As a media brand, Switch must be accompanied with an easy to remember logo that can accomodate various platforms of technology in a smooth flow of appearances. If Switch is expecting to branch in to other forms of digital media, the brandmark may be able to consider a family set of logos.
With a parental target audience, the brandmark should be presentable and should encourage interaction with the series by displaying a fun and welcoming brand identity. It should present a journey for the individual that can be a fun and enjoyable experience.
