ABOUT WORKPLACE HARASSMENT
 
 
 
 
We were asked to design and produce a social campaign against Workplace harassment.

In the first part of the project we had to do a search in order to get informed about the problem.
After the search we were able to project a map that summarizes all the aspects of workplace harassment. 
We chose to inform victims, familiars and colleagues about which actions are considered part of workplace harassment in order to make the target aware of the risks.
To communicate the informations to the target we decided to use the metaphor of the game.


We chose this metaphor because It fits the characteristics of WH:

•The victim does not have a precise sketch, in fact anyone can become a victim; the token does not have physiognomic characteristics.
•The duration of bullying is widespread, not less than six months; Monopoly lasts many hours.
•Vexatious actions are repeated several times; the cyclical nature of the path on the board adapts itself to recall it.
•We wanted to ensure that the observer identifies himself with the victim ... and which could be a better solution than a game?

After this choice the board and the other elements have been designed and built.
For the campaign there were made ​​many artifacts including posters, brochures, website, motion graphic.
