The following is an animated infographic that shows the expenditure that the Venezuelan government has made since 1999 on military and riot equipment, which it currently uses to suppress the peaceful protests of the people.
The animation was made for El Nacional Web and it was done in Adobe After Effects and later exported and edited in Adobe Premiere Pro. Some of the graphics were downloaded from free host portals for vector graphics such as vecteezy or freepik, while others were designed from scratch in Adobe Illustrator.
Español: La siguiente es una infografía animada que demuestra el gasto que ha hecho el gobierno venezolano desde 1999 en equipo militar y antidisturbios, el cual usa actualmente para reprimir las protestas del pueblo. La animación fue realizada en Adobe After Effects y posteriormente exportada y editada e Adobe Premiere Pro. Algunos de los gráficos fueron descargados de portales host gratuitos para gráficos vectoriales como vecteezy o freepik, mientras otros fueron diseñados desde cero en Adobe Illustrator. El trabajo fue publicado en el diario digital El Nacional Web.
