Project Background:
Mobile solutions firm Boxtone wanted to redesign their public face without altering their underlying DNN4 platform or performing a system-wide content refresh. A new skin based on their original layout was the only solution. The new skin would have to rely on mostly original markup and use CSS and JavaScript to bring out the new design.

Technical Details:
• DNN4 public-facing site re-skin
• Using DNN4 core tools, HTML, CSS & jQuery JavaScript
Homepage:
Boxtone prefers to come out of the gate at full speed with a homepage jam-packed with content, calls to action, and lead generators. To accommodate their preference, I used a content-rotating jQuery campaign. The second method used to reduce content overload on the homepage is the introduction of collapsible content containers, a core DNN feature. The containers use basic cookies to track their open/close status upon return to the homepage.
Interior View:
The interior layout of the site was updated to fit the new design, adding more space to the sidebar to allow for new content-rotating widgets. We also added a random content rotator to the heading banner using modified core DNN tools. The banner will randomly display testimonials from a database of stored content.
