THE WEIMAR ERA

For this project, we had to take our birthday and convert it to the equivalent dewy decimal. From there, whatever book matched my dewy decimal was my focus of interest. My dewy decimal was matched with a philosopher who practised a specific strand of philosophy originating from Germany. As a result, I decided to celebrate the German culture at the time—the Weimar Era. I took an artist, architect and writer born or residing in Germany during the Weimar Era, and manifested their success through
a modern Bauhaus inspired exhibition.
