Military Planning | SitaWare HeadQuarters | UX

User experience design for a Command and Control (C4IS) battle management and decision making planning tool for military echelon structures. My work included designing many features and elements of the user interface, and user research creating personas. The system is currently in use by multiple NATO countries.

It has now transitioned into being a browserbased system, I worked on it when it was still a Windows based enterprise application suite in 2011.

Promotional material for the SitaWare system, for context. I did not personally design marketing material.
SitaWare early version installed on a Windows laptop device. I personally worked in all interactive elements, including menus, messages, popups, configuration and especially the main part of the system, the interactive map with planning elements.

Documenting workflows that pertain to digital interactions. One of my major innovations for the process was introducing User Interface Specifications into the realm of software processes. As you can see the diagram references a such document.
