THE BRIEF: Create a visual identity and and rollout strategy for the 2016 President's Club awards

Why?
The Alcon President's Club scheme had been run by the company previously as a motivational tool to reward top salespeople, but had been discontinued for several years. Alcon felt that the time had come to re-launch the scheme and approached Surreal to create the 2016 brand and rollout strategy.

Who?
The brand and associated gifts and experiences needed to appeal to Alcon's top sellers, an elite group who are highly competitive and highly motivated. 

How?
•  By creating a high-end brand that would appeal to the Alcon salesforce
•  By selecting appropriate communication channels to keep top performers informed
•  By producing a range of luxury, branded gifts for the winners

The President's Club Brand
The President's Club is an initiative created by Alcon to reward its top sales people - for the 2016 season the decision was taken to revitalise the brand. This involved the creation of a new visual identity, design and production of various branded collateral, and a digital promotional campaign.
