Sakanii online service created to assist users to search on apartments in interactive and easy way in Palestinian universities that gives you all information about it, and to know more about the region he would to live in it where saving time, effort and money instead of wasting it, all of this by using interactive map in website that provides you all services and information you need in your area like (apartment, cafes, libraries, restaurant, taxies, gas station, ATM, etc.) and to recognize more about the neighborhood by photos ,details and feedback of other student and other features. Sakanii website is not only helps you searching on apartment, in the context, you will be able to prepare an environment that fits with your needs.

1. System Administrator: A registered type of users that has the full access to manage the website using control panel that offers the following functionalities:
Admin can manage the apartments.
Admin can send and receive messages.
Admin can update account information.
Admin can browse the apartments from the control panel.
Admin can add university to the website.
Admin can update the services.
Admin can add and manage advertisements.
Admin can backup the system database.
Admin can log out from the system.
2. Guest: A guest or a visitor is a type of non-registered user, this user can dose the following functionalities.
Guest can surf the website, search apartments depends on university, navigate the other services such as restaurants, libraries and markets, Guest also can accesses to the services through phone number.
Guest can search apartments and other services.
Guest can navigate the map.
Guest can check the advertisements.
Guest can request a hostel.
3. Registered user: a registered type of user that have a specific manage only on his account.
Registered user can surf the website, search apartments and navigate the other services. Also can access to the phone number.
Registered user can use the map.
