Transtable is a futuristic concept project. It was born by the challenge of trying to understand how will be the future on earth in 2050. For this project, the inspiration it was the most sustained prevision, the constantly increase of world population. At the actual rate, it was predicted that will be of 9.8 billion people. If we associate this to the fact that the sea level is rising, because of climate change, it is predicted that will be space issues. Associating this problem to the concept of transcendence, inspired by a futuristic movie, sought to understand how we could transcend the spaces we inhabit.

Thereby was born the Transtable, that it is a table/lamp. Could be a table or a lamp, because it can be retracted to the roof. Transcend yourself with Transtable.
