Employer Brand
Wagamama celebrates the uniqueness of their employees, and what better
way to show off your employees than having a piece of them at their workplace?
The employer brand demands each employee to choose a physical object to
represent them. Everything from an onion to an old pair of boots works.
Each object will stand on a shelf at their designated wagamama.
– Promotional posters
Each poster focuses on a job position at wagamama, showing the objects chosen by each employee.
– Posters / job applications
The promotional posters will be distributed in local markets, galleries and concert venues
to reach the "trendy crowd". The poster holder works as a job application. This is meant
to be filled out and returned to a wagamama restaurant.
– Promotional cards
Apart from the posters promotional cards will be also distributed. Each card shows
an object/employee including a short description of the person and their position at wagamama.
– Accesories
Every employer at wagamama gets pins and patches of their chosen object along with
wagamama tote bags. This encourages colleagues to exchange accesories with each other.
