EXECUTION

On Nov. 11, 2013, the Boston Red Sox and Monster announced that Brett Miller, a Centreville, Va., native, had been hired as the first member of the club's inaugural Rotational Business Initiative (RBI). Brett was found through Monster and its 'Cool Jobs' program, which screened more than 55,000 applications for the new position. Utilizing sports related sites, social media (along with a Foursquare campaign) we put this opportunity front and center of our target audience. With more than 55,000 applicants for this role, Monster was instrumental in navigating the pool of applicants and helping with evaluations,” said Red Sox Senior Vice President/Corporate Sponsorships Troup Parkinson. “We look forward to working with Brett, and thank Monster for their help finding the right candidate for this position.”
