My conceptual artwork based on lies what we are all forced to do when we are applying for a new job. Because companies mostly decide to invite us for a job interview based on our Motivation letter and CVs. Nobody can be 100% honest and truthful because they risk to miss the opportunity, so we fall into a spiral lie. Even HR Representatives can read behind our lines and everybody knows that it is a stupid game. 

That is why I made my alternative Motivation letter, where you can see my original thoughts behind the uniform sentences, if you move the cursor over the words.
