Stilton - The King of Cheeses



A small booklet all about Stilton. Mainly aimed at young people in the UK, especially those who have a thing against mould. Some may turn their nose up at the stench of Stilton and its blue spores. This booklet gives an overview of the history and an insight to making the cheese. Stilton has a rich heritage and most people don't know that by law, it is only allowed to be produced in three counties, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Leicestershire. There are just 6 dairies in the world licensed to make Blue Stilton cheese. Most importantly though, this booklet focuses on the mould and lets people know that it is ok to eat, and can actually be healthy.
