Eighteen
The Debut is a traditional Filipino coming-of-age celebration which celebrates a young woman's 18th birthday. A formal party, usually presented with princess-like decor, the daintiest colors you can imagine and to top it of generic script and/or calligraphic font — we did not do that.
We decided to design and craft the invitations, giveaways, and other imaginable elements that would cater to the debutants desires, and also emulate her as a fashion designer and contemporary creator which embodies a simple personality. Furthermore, black and white were not an option, since both holds significant amount of meanings in formal celebrations; hence, we decided to grayscale everything.
The logo was a collaborative effort handcrafted by Hennie Finne
