The NFLxFIT is a student design competition sponsored by the NFL (National Football League). Team Blitz’s design was inspired by one of the most iconic motions in sports, the infamous spiral of the football throw. It’s an elegant design solution that won the “People’s Choice Award”in NFLxFIT Visual Design System Competition.

Working with shape, units, and color, we experimented with different tactics to solve the visual design system. Our challenge was to make the spirals unique to each team. By defining the spirals by conference and division, we were able to create
