Kinyas and Kayra
Kinyas and Kayra is an underground literature novel written by Hakan Günday, based on two young people trying to find themselves on the shores of life. The book is considered to be one of the few examples of underground literature in Turkey. Within the scope of the book cover we wanted to create a design that complements Hakan Günday's dark style. By using the linoleum technique we carved out a two-in-one figure that reflects both Kinyas and Kayra. They are both individuals, have their own story, own looks, yet still their combination becomes one.
