    Devold of Norway was established in 1853 and has grown to become a renowned outdoor brand. The company provides explorers, outdoor lovers, and professionals working in demanding environments with high quality wool garments. After launching their new visual identity, Devold reached out and asked us to help them redesign the content pages of their lookbook, to ensure they were up to date and in line with the new profile. Our assignment was to create new templates, and make sure the cataloge reflects the brand and it's visual identity in the best way possible. We decided to focus on the customer experience during the design process, and after careful consideration we opted for a minimalistic expression with clean and simple lines. Since this is a cataloge displaying Devold´s broad collection of wool garments, it is filled with information about the different lines and the various products. To make sure the customers could easily navigate between the pages relevant to them, we designed a clear and understandable index page. Read Less

Devold of Norway was established in 1853 and has grown to become a renowned outdoor brand. The company provides explorers, outdoor lovers, and professionals working in demanding environments with high quality wool garments.

After launching their new visual identity, Devold reached out and asked us to help them redesign the content pages of their lookbook, to ensure they were up to date and in line with the new profile. Our assignment was to create new templates, and make sure the catalog reflects the brand and it's visual identity in the best way possible.

We decided to focus on the customer experience during the design process, and after careful consideration we opted for a minimalistic expression with clean and simple lines.

Since this is a catalog displaying Devold´s broad collection of wool garments, it is filled with information about the different lines and the various products. To make sure the customers could easily navigate between the pages relevant to them, we designed a clear and understandable index page.

In addition, we wanted to avoid having too much text on each page, so we designed several symbols to display some of the information in an aesthetically pleasing way. This was done to make sure the photographs remained the focal point, as the essence of the lookbook is to showcase Devold´s different collections.
