Zini! Zines! Contemporary Zine Production exhibition, held at MGLC from 24 February to 28 May 2017.

The exhibition was concieved as a current presentation of art zine production, its differentiation and networking among artists. The participating artists make their work within the various fields of contemporary art, with zines representing an important approach given that they continue to persist with it, developing and upgrading it. The artists were presented in relation to the different contexts from which they stem in their work - from sketch, drawing, print, painting, photograph, video to installation. In such a way the exhibition did not only offer a flick - and read- through the zines, but explored the diversity, backround and possibilities of zines today, through the comprehensity set out installs of the individual artists and artist groups.

My part in the exhibition is an installation of different printed materials that were made in researching the process of making a new zine. it holds various methods like etching, litography and screenprinting, combined with drawing and painting and distortion through a copie machine. the zine will follow after the ehibition is over.
