Editor of a local news paper asked me to create one-of-a-kind publication in celebration of the D-Backs and Rockies coming to Scottsdale, AZ and compete in their Sprint Training on Native American land, a first of it's kind. I had a total blast working with the Community, vendors and writing staff to pull this collaboration off.
Cover of the publication. I wanted to make sure the fold was clean with subtle icons depicting baseball and the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community.
All interior layouts, graphics, art direction and typography done by me. Ads on the top right and bottom left were curated by me in collaboration with the Talking Stick Marketing team.
Back cover and cover of publication. Layout, color theme, icons, picture and art direction by myself. Ad on the back cover was sent to me by the Arizona D Backs creative team.
