We’re not coffee experts, but we like coffee very much. We like the stories behind it, the whole experience that sorrounds it. That’s why after a lot of thinking, pros and cons, we decided to continue with Solo. Our approach to the coffee scene is a slightly amateur one, a close and personal point of view, but we’ll also give tips and knowledge from coffee experts. More specifically, we also want to look at the current situation of the coffee scene in Spain and its evolution, since it’s our terrain and where the project started. But we’ll also look abroad and share different angles from other countries and, in some way, travel the world on our pages. We’re interested in the stories of professionals and consumers and want to share them with you.
