As the only graphic designer in the team my task was to work closely with journalists and combine photography with graphics in an attractive and youthful manner. The visuals that I created were used as a cover photos for articles on fashion, beauty, lifestyle, culture and celebrity news.

As the only graphic designer in the team my task was to work closely with journalists and combine photography with graphics in an attractive and youthful manner. The visuals that I created were used as a cover photos for articles on fashion, beauty, lifestyle, culture and celebrity news.
It had to be possible to crop every visual that was used as a cover in 4 different aspect ratios. Aspect ratios were 1:1, 1:1.2, 2.4:1, 1.6:1.
In a time Gloria.hr joined Instagram, and I created templates for quotes that unfortunately didn't get used.
Gloria.hr is an online version of one of the oldest lifestyle and fashion magazines in Croatia. While the paper publication communicates to an older population, the online version needed to bring in new readers of younger age, mostly millennials.
