Anxiety disorders are among the most common mental disorders during childhood and adolescence, with lifetime prevalence rates approaching 30% prior to age 18 [1]. Mean age of onset estimates range from 6 to 12 years, making anxiety disorders among the earliest classes of psychopathology to develop.

This project was dedicated to teens from age 13 to 19 to teach them about GAD 
which may cause people to worry about problems that are big, small, real, and imaginary. Those living with generalized anxiety disorder often find themselves with a constant feeling of stress and tension. In fact, it's possible to have the symptoms of GAD even without worries. 


The book interduces anxiety and GAD specifically and teaches the reader how to translate and endure his feelings in a convenient healthy way.It also provides Other peoples experiences and their stories with Anxiety and how they overcame it.
Part of this is to understand the Cognitive therapy that designed to reduce anxiety by giving individuals the skills to assess situations more realistically.Writing down the thoughts is one of the cognitive therapy skills, A place was left with a calendar to help them document their feeling and daily challenges to help them through their journey.
