About the event: Hiring to Win' was an event by LinkedIn, in Hyderabad, India. The event talked about and promoted social recruiting through LinkedIn, with a focus on helping strategic talent leaders to access hidden talent pools and hire only the best.

The Idea & Concept: The target audience were key decision makers and leaders from the HR fraternity. An innovative invitation was sent out to various HR managers and leaders, in the form of a colour changing mug. The mug was black in colour with the words ' I spot talent' on it. When a hot beverage is poured, the word 'hidden' would appear thus altering the sentence to 'I spot hidden talent', thus relating to the focus area of the event.

Brand Recall: Besides just having the logo to create a brand connect, the Linked In icon was innovatively fused with words using creative writing with a valid message. This was extended later to the event collaterals and stationery to maintain continuity.
