The building is located in small city Kraljevo in Serbia. It was originally designed for servicing customers, its purpose was changed many times in different contexts. Went through various modifications, was a catering facility, and has been added to the business function. It's been 10 years since the last time this building was used, in the middle of the center of the city, this ruin have the potential to set a series of artistic events in that part of town.

The concept is implemented through a new content of the whole facility, where is allowed numerous programs that enable the development of this content. The building is held in two floors, the ground floor is the administrative part of the work with catering part as multi functional space, while the first floor through the full space is designed as a gallery space. Black panels on the facade of the gallery area, emphasizing the importance of this part of the building as a dominant program.
