A couple of months ago I fell in love with handlettering and typography. I decided to try it out for myself and have really enjoyed the whole process. I tend to stick to brush lettering then scan in what I've done to sharpen it up and develop it further but adding colour, patterns and photos. Below are a couple of the designs I have produced.
This was one of my first quotes that I produced when I was confident enough. I then scanned it in and added colour to it, I don't think this particular design needed much more to it as I wanted it to be simple but make an impact.
For this one I added in a previous marble print that I had made, I tried different ways of adding these in but this one and way seemed to work the best.
For this one I added the quote to a photo I had taken, the photo was taken on the way to a weekend away with friends and I thought it was the perfect photo to show what the quote truly means.
